  First order of Whal hairdryer. RY called to say they no longer stocked this product. Suggested a different one. I declined as I has already researched the product I ordered. 2nd order - a wide plate Silver Bullet straightener. It is slow delivery to Melbourne through Australia Post. Straightener did not heat up to anything more than warm - even at full tempterature setting. Turned it off and tried again the next day. Again - this time a buzzing noise but still nothing more than warm to touch. I arranged to send it back, after first being told it would be under warranty and at my expense , it was then established that I had not yet been able to even use the product. RY then offered to cover postage and test product for replacement or refund. Product took 9 days to get back to RY ? and only after I called on day 8 and 9 was it located in the warehouse. Was then informed product worked fine. And the tester burnt her hand on the plates testing it. They will send it back.
  The product is faulty If it sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. I will not feel comfortable using this product again. What a waste of money and time. Will continue ordering with Adore Beauty and NOT with RY.
